These folks are great! I needed to replace a large motorized blind. I called two other companies before finding AAA Blind Factory of Bonita Springs. The other companies didn't return calls, were late for appointments, and didn't offer good solutions. I'm so glad I decided to try a third time and called AAA. They booked an appointment the next day to take a look at my blind. Rick arrived exactly on time (literally to the minute). He was clearly familiar with the brand of the existing shade and gave me a reasonable proposal on the spot. Then the next day he called back to say he had talked with the manufacturer and that they could replace just the fabric and keep the existing motor, which saved me a ton of money. Gary (the scheduler) got us on the calendar right away. And Jim (the installer) was great -- he showed up right on time, worked fast, was really careful, and even showed us features we didn't know existed (the original installer hadn't programmed them into the controls). I really can't say enough good things about these guys. From sales to scheduling to service they made the whole process really easy, they offered the best solutions, and they still had the best price (in part because they know their products well enough to offer better solutions). Great experience. Will recommend these folks in a heartbeat to neighbors.

I redecorated my entire condo from floor to ceiling and interacted with many contractors and home service providers in the process. AAA Blind Factory was the rare company with which I had zero problems. From my initial visit to consult on their products, to the in-home visit to measure my windows (a MUST - let the professionals measure since each *identical* window had slightly different dimensions), to final installation, AAA Blind Factory was friendly, professional, and and customer-focused. The Hunter Douglas shades look great!

Impeccable

The service was impeccable!!! Exactly the blind I wanted... measured, ordered and even though I had left for the season they worked with my house watch and scheduled and installed. Called when on their way, installed with professionalism and no muss, no fuss!!!Would highly recommend!!

Easy

They were the easiest company to do business with!! The estimator came out and we decided which window blind would be best. His price was the cheapest I'd been quoted. He did not want a deposit. A few weeks later - earlier than I'd been told to expect - I got a call that the window blind was in; what day was convenient for installation. Jim, the installer, was here for about 5 minutes, competently installed the blind, showed me how to work it. I then called the office to give them my credit card payment. They were terrific! I highly recommend them!
