Roller shades also known as Sunscreens are an excellent product that work in every room in the home or office. At AAA Blind Factory we carry the best products from Hunter Douglas, Comfortex, Phifer Sheerweave, and Mermet. Roller shades come in so many different styles, colors, and weaves ranging from blackout to a 12% openness factor. The more openness means the more we can see through them. A 1% openness means we're blocking 99% of the light but we can still see through the blind when it's down.
Generally we sell mostly between 3% and 7%, we've just found these to be ideal. There are also light filtering fabrics that you can't see through, but allow a nice light to come inside the home. They're great for doors as well. And they're a great alternative to the expense of a honeycomb blind. I'd say they're the honeycombs main rival. For their simplicity and affordability the roller shade is always an excellent option.
